Cuna de Piedra Estate Marselan
Our vineyard is determined by the rocky nature of the hills, with excellent drainage, which define the region.
On the nose, it presents sweet aromas, red fruits, and minerals. In the mouth, soft tannins blend with flavors of ripe red fruits and spices, with great volume and a long finish.
Winemaking:
Traditional, hand-harvested in late February. Selection of clusters, destemming, fermentation at temperatures not exceeding 25°C, with selected yeasts until reaching minimum residual sugar. Then, and in a natural way, malolactic fermentation is completed. The wine continues its aging in new Italian tulips where its maturation is accelerated. It then proceeds to stabilization, gentle filtering, and bottling, with 6 months of bottle aging.
Food Pairing Suggestions:
Sharp cheeses, pasta with strong sauces, and grilled meats.
