THE FRENCH CONSULTANT’S ENOLOGICAL EXCELLENCE ENHANCES THE CHARACTER OF OUR TERROIR..
Staying true to our commitment to excellence, since 2023 we have been working with Michel Rolland, one of the world’s most renowned and influential winemakers.
Born in Pomerol into a family of winegrowers, Rolland has spent over four decades as a consultant in more than 10 countries. His Bordeaux-based laboratory advises more than 400 wineries and has played a pivotal role in the evolution of modern wine.

Great wines take time, and we have been crafitng them for more than 170 years.
Winemaking
We incorporate cocciopesto amphorae, cement and stone tulips, all imported from Italy. We also add new French and American oak barrels.
Terroir
Our terroir features a diversity of soils and microclimates, enabling us to understand the grapes and bring out their fullest expression.
