In the stony and abundantly mineral soil of Los Cerros de San Juan, our Chardonnay grapes give us fresh juices, with good natural acidity, citrus notes that, after passing through oak, gain volume in the mouth and complexity.

CUNA DE PIEDRA CHARDONNAY 2020

Winemaking:

Traditional, hand-harvested during the first days of February. It ferments cleanly at 15°C with natural (indigenous) yeasts slowly until only residual sugar remains.
30% of this juice ferments in barrels and remains for 6 months, contributing to the future blend aromas of honey, vanilla, delicacy, volume, and persistence. Once stabilized and sulfites corrected, it is filtered and blended with the 70% fermented in stainless steel for bottling.

Shellfish, fish, and soft cheeses.
