CUNA DE PIEDRA CHARDONNAY 2020
Winemaking:
Traditional, hand-harvested during the first days of February. It ferments cleanly at
15°C with natural (indigenous) yeasts slowly until only residual sugar remains.
30% of this juice ferments in barrels and remains for 6 months, contributing to the
future blend aromas of honey, vanilla, delicacy, volume, and persistence. Once
stabilized and sulfites corrected, it is filtered and blended with the 70% fermented
in stainless steel for bottling.

Shellfish, fish, and soft cheeses.
