CUNA DE PIEDRA ESTATE SAUVIGNON BLANC
Winemaking:
Traditional, hand-harvested during the first days of February, destemmed, crushed, with a short maceration in a pneumatic press to extract the wild aromas of these grapes. Once pressed, with great care regarding oxidation, it ferments cleanly at 15°C with selected yeasts chosen for this purpose.
Food Pairing Suggestions:
As an appetizer, with fried fish, creamy and fatty cheeses such as Brie or Camembert.
