Por volta de 1854, a fam\u00edlia Lahusen, proveniente da Alemanha e de longa tradi\u00e7\u00e3o agro-vit\u00edcola, adquire quatro est\u00e2ncias localizadas entre os rios San Juan e da Prata, dando origem \u00e0 Companhia Rural Los Cerros de San Juan y Cochic\u00f3.<\/p>

A escolha deste lugar foi fruto de uma vasta experi\u00eancia que levou em conta as caracter\u00edsticas do antigo leito do rio San Juan, recoberto de cascalhos e seixos rolados, semelhante \u00e0 regi\u00e3o de Bordeaux, onde plantaram variedades trazidas do velho mundo.<\/p>

Em 1872 chegaram, procedentes da Fran\u00e7a, ton\u00e9is de carvalho que foram abrigados em uma nova vin\u00edcola constru\u00edda em pedra, na qual atualmente repousam os nossos vinhos.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Toda a infraestrutura da nossa vin\u00edcola e os servi\u00e7os complementares para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o dos nossos vinhos constituem um particular complexo arquitet\u00f4nico agropecu\u00e1rio: a nossa Vin\u00edcola de Pedra, o antigo armaz\u00e9m de secos e molhados, a carpintaria e a ferraria (em sua maioria constru\u00eddos na segunda metade do s\u00e9culo XIX) mostram constru\u00e7\u00f5es realizadas em pedra, com grossas paredes de estilo colonial t\u00edpicas de Col\u00f4nia.
