With selection of clusters, pressing, cooling, vatting, and fermentation in tulips at\ncontrolled temperatures and with native yeasts from our vineyards in Los Cerros de\nSan Juan.
Once the AF (alcoholic fermentation) is finished, and prior to the malolactic\nfermentation, they pass into new French oak barrels, where we control the natural\nMF (malolactic fermentation) and remain there for 12 months.
After this time, the blend is made, bottled, and aged in stacks for 12 more months\nbefore labeling for release to consumption.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
